Contact support
Include the app name, your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and a short description of the issue. If an error appears, include its message and the steps that led to it. Send screenshots only when you are comfortable sharing their contents.
Dates and times
Capture dates are read when available in the selected file. If a date is missing or you want a different visible date, choose a custom date and time in the editor.
Location and maps
You can use a location embedded in your media, choose your current location, search for a place, enter coordinates or drop a pin. Place search and map images may require an internet connection. You can edit the place name and address before exporting.
Importing and exporting
Import supported JPEG, HEIC/HEIF and PNG photos or supported videos from Photos or Files. Photos can export as JPEG, HEIC, PNG or a single-page PDF. Stamped videos export as MP4. Exporting creates a new copy and leaves the original media unchanged.
Permissions
Manage camera, microphone, location and Photos access in iOS Settings. Camera access is used for capture, microphone access for video sound, and location access only when you choose to use your current location.
